USEFUL TIP: It's advisable to buy covers that are one size smaller than the size of your inserts. So if your cushion inserts are 18x18 inches, we recommend buying 16x16 inch covers from us. This will give you plump, filled out cushions - with clean lines and a wrinkle-free look.

Returns

Each article is handstitched to order, and therefore by default, we do NOT take returns. We do NOT accept returns based on personal preferences or feedback on colour variance.

Returns fully refunded ONLY if:
1. Wrong item is sent
2. Item's measurements don't match the dimensions provided
3. The product is faulty. New shipment will be dispatched after receiving back the returned items, unused or defaced in any way, and after fault has been verified.

Cancellations

Cancellations accepted if work has not started on the products. No cancellations once work is started.

• Since each cushion is cut individually from fabric bolt and handstitched, there will be slight variance from the image shown. No two pieces are exactly alike! These are NOT mass produced, cheap-looking cushion covers! Each SpiffySpools cushion cover is handstitched to order from beautiful yet durable fabric, with a concealed zip at back.
