Guidelines for using the charger:
1) While inserting the white plug into the charger ,pls shake it up and
down slightly and then put it into the charger completely with a little

2) It's better to keep the input voltage at 5A and input current at 2A and
contact the USB cable with your notebook.So that the charger will work
fine.
3) while batteries are fully charged,pls shake the white plug up and down
slightly and then pull it out from the charger with a little effort.

Pls note that the lights of charger will go out when the batteries are
fully charged.Therefore,the light won't be light up if you continue
charging it.So when you find the light is not bright,pls don't angry.Maybe
batteries are fully.

Caution:

Stop using when it expends or the temperature is over 70¡ãC.
Don't over-charge, or over-discharge batteries
Don't put it beside the high temperature condition
Do not bump,disassemble, short circuit and put the battery in fire or
