Specially manufactured goods are not returnable for credit. Authorized returns will be accepted subject to inspection. A service charge of up to 25% will be levied on cost of handling, inspection and restocking. All authorized returns must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid in the original packaging. Requests for return authorization must be received no later than 90 days after invoice date.
