ARTISAN STORY: Kamakhya graduated from architecture and interior design from a well known University in Bangkok. It was here that he was taught techniques that apply to every branch of arts. When he graduated he worked as an interior designer for three years in the city. One day, as he was working with a jewelry shop owner on their store renovations, the shop owner asked his advice in some jewelry designs. Kamakhya loved it so much that he started designing jewelry for them part time. He found a new passion and at that moment knew he wanted to changed careers. Within one year he quit his job to start anew with jewelry design. Now Kamakhya has his own shop where he uses his technical background to design amazing silver and stone jewelry.
