• THE TERRITORY A UNIQUE REALITY: We chose unspoiled rural area: 18,000 hectares of land on the outskirts of the Natural Park of the Po Delta , where nature is generous, abundant bird species and the human hand is not invasive.
• THE SEED TOMATO VALLEY: Seed of a traditional variety, OP ( "open-pollinated", reproduction for natural pollination), to ensure a tomato from genuine red color and a unique taste.
• IN THE HEART OF THE SEASON: Our tomato is harvested at the right stage of ripeness solely and exclusively in the heart of the season highlight of the collection.
• THE PROCESSING AT THE PLACE OF COLLECTION: Tomato valley, perfectly ripe, it is grown, harvested and processed right there where it is born, at the gates of the Natural Park of the Po Delta.
