Potted Seafood Seasoning helps make hot clay dishes with seafood, such as prawns, mussels so much easier.;Made from: ginger 25%, sugar 20%, garlic 10%, rice bran oil 4.5%, coriander root 4%, salt 4% and other spices.;Preparation; 80g of any seafood or 4 medium shrimps. I pack of vermicelli soaked and cut. 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 chopped celery stalk.;Method; 1. Mix the vermicelli with the contents of this pack with black pepper and water. 2. Add oil to a frying pan or wok and then add vermicelli and the fish or shrimps. 3. Add celery, simmer at a low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked. 4. Serve with rice. 5. Serves 2 - 4 people.
