This is a clean industrial design featuring a chamfered edge and made from 1" pipe legs, reclaimed walnut, and cherry. The walnut used in creating this bench is originally from Illinois where it was processed to be flooring. Once the flooring company shut down the son of the owner was able to save quite a bit from being burned as scrap. When we finally caught up with the walnut it was in Woodville, Alabama. We drove several hundred miles to get this. We love the story behind wood, and it's no doubt this has a great story. These benches are just the right size for your entry way or even to put on the side of your table.
