This Siberian heirloom variety has finely curled blue-green leaves. These vigorous plants are ready for harvest in 55-60 days. Vates Blue Curled is one of the most cold resistant, becoming sweeter after first frost. Uses: The highly nutritious leaves provide more nutritional value for fewer calories than almost any other food available. Plants are easy to grow and extremely winter hardy.
