Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters - Kenya Zahabu - Phinius Nyaga named his coffee Zahabu, an Oromo name meaning "the golden one" as a testament to the quality of his produce. On his ten acre farm, Nyaga runs a small wet mill where his harvest is pulped and then fermented with water from the Kii river, before being carefully dried on raised bed.
