Why have to clean injector？
When we turned off the engine suddenly, the gasoline which have been spray out can not be recycled.
It would attached on the injector and combustion chamber walls.
Gasoline is easy to volatile, but wax and varnish were stayed.
Heat these wax and varnish day after day,they will be changed into hard coke.
The hard coke will be produced more quickly and more thickly when engine work with poor quality fuel.
Launch CNC-602A Feature:
*Ultrasonic cleaning: To perform simultaneous cleaning on several injectors and to remove the
carbon deposits on the injector completely.
*Uniformity/Sprayability test: To test the uniformity of injecting amount of each injector, and to
monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight. This test is also for reverse flush.
*Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under system pressure.
*Injecting flow test: To check the injecting amount of the injector in 15 seconds of constant injection.
*Auto. test: To test injectors by simulating different working conditions.
*On-vehicle cleaning: The unit is equipped with various adaptors and couplers that facilitate cleaning on the injectors on vehicle.

• Pls NOTE : CNC-602A Injector Cleaner & Tester (CNC602A only have 220Volt , if you need use for 110V ,Please tell us and we will give you a extral voltage converter adaptor(from 220V to 110V) .
• CNC602A is 6-cylinder fuel injector cleaning machine (with 6 tubes),and it can clean and test six injectors as same time. If 4-cylinder engine,when use the CNC602A to clean and test 4 injector(there are 2 connector in machine should be stoppered). Eight-cylinder engine, when you use CNC602 do clean the test, you should do clean the test twice per four injector.
• Item fit for two kinds of injectors. Top feed injector accessories were standard configure. Side feed injector accessories for option. Please contact us if you want to side feed accessories.
• The hard coke lead 4 problems on injector: 1. Leak. 2. Blockage. 3. Poor atomization. 4. Uneven fuel injection. So we have to clean injector and engine system. Support no dismantle clean car fuel system. (Need additional connector kits, not include in the item. ) The machine support for petrol injector only , it can't support for diesel injector .
