We provide 1 year limited warranty for the Magic3D Pen.

The warranty is only valid from the original date of purchase from an authorized Magic3D Pen reseller.

We will repair or replace the Magic3D Pen at no charge to you. Repair or replacement devices usually ship 2-3 weeks after the Warranty claim is completed and approved.

What does this Warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by abuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to water, cosmetic damage, accidents, usage contrary to the User Manual, accessories or the 3D printing strand not provided by XDREAM, lost or stolen devices or other damaged caused other than a defect or malfunction in the design or operation of the device. This warranty is void if the device is altered, modified or tampered with by any party other than Magic3D Pen.
