Shipping

Epacket is used for shipping to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, French, Norway, Israel by default, delivery takes 2-4 weeks normally.

For other countries, we also provide economic air mail shipping service or better delivery service as long as it is available to us. Please free feel to inquiry for shipping to your country.

If order is not received in 2 month after initial shipping, full refund could be applied.

If order is damaged during shipping, free replacement could be applied upon photo proof.

Colors may vary from different monitors, please be aware of that.

For making custom water bottle, please send your picture files to us, and the pictures need to be over 1200*900 pixels, and aspect ratio should be 4:3.

We use Epson printer and museum standard ink to create our art prints for the water bottle, which ensures vivid color and long lasting of our products.
