In Nepal, where the focal pendant of the necklace was made, a six-petaled white lotus flower represents purity of mind and spirit. From a more Western perspective, it looks like a modified Star of David.

Faceted moonstone 6x4mm teardrops radiate in a star pattern around a small moonstone circle. Stones are set in a 5mm deep sterling silver star bezel. The pendant is 20mm wide.

Above the charm, I wire-wrapped 8mm Austrian Swarovski crystal in Air Blue Opal AB2X, skinny moonstone rondelles, and sterling silver Bali-style spacers. I repeated that pattern throughout the cultured freshwater pearl necklace.

Center dangle is 1-7/8" (48mm) long. Necklace is 19" (48cm) long, and closes with a bright sterling textured square picture frame toggle clasp.
