Each earring was made with an origami paper folded hummingbird made from a Chiyogami paper in royal blue with orange, light blue & green floral print, paired with a orange color flat round glass bead hanging from a gold tone fishhook ear-wire. Very light weight.

The length of the earring from the top of the ear-wire to the bottom of the bird is 2.25″. The width of the bird is about 1.25″.

The origami hummingbirds were sealed with several coats of Mod Podge and non-yellowing satin varnish to add durability and protect them from moisture. But they are not water proof, so do not submerge the earrings in water, or wear them to go swimming or taking showers.
