Paw-Ran's Original Country Cajun Seasoning is the first country cajun seasoning. What's different about Paw-Ran's, you ask? It's not too salty, not too hot, and you can taste the garlic! My Grannie-Ran was Country. My PawPaw-Ran was Cajun! They both could cook some of the most delicious Country and Cajun meals! They passed this great heritage down to my mama who cooks Country Cajun! Her dishes consist of a big pot of mustard greens with a pone of cornbread, chicken and dumplins, tomato gravy and biscuits, deer sauce piquante, gumbo, jambalaya ... Country Cajun style! My inspiration comes from my loving grandparents, Amedee Moran and Dorothy P. Moran.
