From the design house of Rag & Bone, this 'Peacoat Blue' crisp cotton twill is similar in feel to a paper thin Vinyl or Nylon woven. The face and back have a slight vertical crinkle embossed texture which adds design interest to this solid blue cotton twill. Truly opaque, this crisp, high-tech looking fabric has a very slight 1-way horizontal give and a bit of a drape ability which shows off the sheen. Either side can be used depending if you are looking for a true Peacoat blue color and or a blue black look.
