Making your own stable creams and lotions is now easy and affordable! Multibase is a thick cream base that can be transformed into body cream, thick lotion, light lotion, body milk or body mist by just adding dionized warm water at 170 degrees. It has no greasy after feel and you can add your own additives without any additional pH adjustment. Multibase has a shelf life of 2 years after being opened and resealed and a shelf life of 1 year once liquid has been added.


Ingredients:
Glycerin, Glycol Monostearate, Acrylamide Copolymer, Isopropyl Myristate, Distilled Water, Octyldodecanol, Iodopropanol Butylcarbamate, Isopropyl Palmitate, PEG-20 Polysorbate, Ceteareth-14, Aloe Vera Extract, Glyceryl Stearate, Carbopol, Germall Plus.

Instructions for using Multibase
1 Measure your water and heat it to at least 170 degrees.

2. Oily or waxy additives should be pre-blended with Multibase before any water is added. Heat additives to 170 degrees before blending with Multibase. Most additives should be used in the 1-2% range. Extra preservatives may be needed when making body mist to avoid molding.

3. Make sure that all of your equipment has been sterilized before making your cream, lotion etc.

4. We recommend using a stick blender when mixing so that all ingredients are mixed well at a fast rate.

5.Add color and scent until the desired look and fragrance is achieved and pour into your bottle, tubs, tins etc.

Each lb. of Multibase will yield the following:
2 lbs. cream
5 lbs. light lotion
7 lbs. body milk
9 lbs. body mist
