Hello, If you are in search of a relatively smaller area rug and if you want it to be a handmade, a little bit ethnic maybe a little bit geometrical with a lot of colors. This kilim can be an option. Approximately 40 years old from Gazipasa region in south Eastern Turkey. A place where nomadic life style is still alive to a degree. There is an important note about this kilim. We don't throw our kilims away if they are damaged badly, have uncleanable stains or have some sort of an unacceptable condition. Kilims live many long years and during their life they may go through many experiences with the families they stay. Kids play on them, they host dinners. You name it. So things happen to them. I would like to draw your attention to the left border on this kilim. You will see that the border on the left is missing. As half of the kilim was in an unacceptable and unrecoverable condition, we cut the kilim and repaired it and completed by adding our own woolen ends. So this is half kilim.
