(25mm is one inch). 6.8 grams. This 100% Natural Libyan Desert Glass was collected in 1933 in the Great Sand Sea along the Egypt/Libya Border. Libyan Gold Tekite is only found in one area of the world. This Libyan Desert Glass has been wrapped with Merlin's Gold (Bronze). Libyan glass has been dated as forming around 26 million years ago. There are a few "scrapings" on this glass that could be knappings from the Pleistocene period (2,588,000 to 11,700 years ago). This light yellow/green glass resulted from an impact from a meteorite.
