Each 4 oz wax tin is able to cover one medium dresser and 2-3 night stands or similar sized project. This wax was developed by us to have Zero VOC, low low Odor and Safe to use Indoors.The dark antiquing, Charcoal & Driftwood wax is great for creating an antique or aged look to your painted furniture. The Clear wax to give your painted piece that satin sheen. The Red & Blue wax we recommend to use for accenting your painted piece. The white wax for accenting or use all by it's self. Now you will want to wax to properly finish your work. ALLERGY WARNING: Wax contains a byproduct of tree nuts.IMPORTANT NOTE: Natural waxes take several days to fully dry, You may also use our waxes to polish over other paints besides chalk paint,"NO HEAVY BUFFING REQUIRED". HOW TO USE OUR WAXES After you have finely sanded and then removed any remains of the sanding process, use a wax brush or soft cloth, to apply the wax to painted surface in a circular motion, making sure to get an even coat and into corners and crevices. Let stand for 30-40 minutes and then, using a clean dry absorbent cloth, lightly wipe away excess wax from the surface, always folding your cloth so you are using a dry side of the cloth to remove the excess wax. For larger pieces you may need more than one dry cloth to effectively remove excess wax.Now, let stand for 12-15hrs .With a clean absorbent cloths, wipe the surface a second time, pull off the remaining excess. This "All Natural" wax will now dry over the next 2-3 days into a satiny semi-hard surface. "All Natural' blend of Tree Nut Oil, Brazilian Carnauba, Beeswax and other waxes, made to produce a slow drying/curing, and soft paste wax, easy to apply, and with no buffing necessary. Humidity comes in as a big factor for natural waxes to dry/cure; if necessary we recommend to have a fan running to quicken up your dry time before buffing to achieve your satiny finish.
