This piece was thrown in a buff stoneware clay. It was base glazed in a Light Bone glaze and then dipped partially in a darker beige. Inside the bowl is a "swirl" in the clay. Hand-thrown and glazed pottery retains the touch of the potter with throwing lines and slight imperfections. Yarn and Needle not included!
