This is a 1" wide adjustable collar made of nylon with a 7/8" Jacquard ribbon sewn onto it. The D-ring on the collar is made of stainless steel and it is made with a heavy duty plastic side release buckle. The adjustment range of the collar is 15" to 23". Made in the USA.
