Formed by the grouping of two cooperatives producing olive oil covered by the Designation of Origin Priego de Cordoba: SCA Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno and S.C.A. Virgen del Castillo.

Olive oil that is produced in the mills come from the area of Priego de Cordoba in mountainous terrain with calcareous soils. The cultivated varieties are: weevil 50%, picual 30% and 20% hojiblanca with a planting density of 99-100 olive trees per hectare, and an average age of about 300 years. The collection is hand mixed and milled.

The processing system is performed by two-stage continuous process in cold extraction subsequently stored in cellar with stainless steel tanks and vats, covered and equipped for this purpose in a facility of 26,000 square meters.
