BIFMA Standard Pneumatic Lift System---To raise the seat, remove your weight from the chair, then pull up the lever. To lower the seat, stay seated at central part of the seat and pull up.

If you want all the way down, keep pulling. Or lower step by step, just pull up one sec then release.

Recline Feature---Rock back in your chair or remain firmly sitting up straight.

Pull the control handle out, then get the feature to rock back. Or sit forward and pull the handle in, then remain firmly sitting up straight.

Too much tension to recline? Just turn clockwise the tension knob.
