2. Measure from the floor to the waist; measurement determines: Short (25.6-28.75 IN) or Long (29.8-32.66 IN). To determine Normal or Plus, use the calf and thigh measurements and select which number you are closest to, closer to the smaller number=Normal, closer to the larger number=Plus.
