Good for sport use:
You can use the blades that fit your ears and they DO NOT MOVE around. If You want better sound, you can push them in all the way. If You want to break the sound block so you can hear cars and still have music on, You pull them out part way. Either way, they stay put. Pushed in all the way does produce some pounding with each footfall, but it's not a big deal.
The buttons are great; all on the right ear. The big, center one pauses the sound with one push, then turns it back on with another. The volume buttons are intuitive and easy to use while running. If I want to skip a song, I use the volume buttons and just hold it down for a second or two.
