WHAT IS CHICAOJI

Chicaoji is a certified organic shelf stable medium-heat vegan sauce made with Kosher, gmo free, gluten free and raw (except the chipotles, smoked at 165ûF) ingredients.

It contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

The ingredients (in descending order by weight):

• Raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the Mother of Vinegar
• Water
• Raw dried goji berries
• Chipotles
• Raw agave nectar
• Celtic Sea Salt
• Raw cacao nibs

That's it: no other ingredients.

Chicaoji's unique combination of ßavors registers all over the palate. The rich bitterness of the cacao balances with the complex sweet and tart of the goji berries. Agave nectar's sweetness balances apple cider vinegar's tartness. The complex ßavor of Celtic Sea Salt weaves all the ßavors together. The smoky chipotles provide a "medium" heat level.
