This adorable gingerbread boy cookie looks good enough to eat. To make him, I adapted 1950s card image and printed it on heavy luster paper with archival inks, bonded him to hardwood, then cut him out individually with my Excalibur scrolling saw. The cookie measures approximately 3" x 4" and is enameled gold on the back and sides. He would make a perfect hostess, neighbor, or gift for a baker or cook, and would look wonderful on a kitchen-themed wreath or decorating a tin of Christmas cookies.
