1. To ensure accurate measuring, regularly zero calibration is needed. The operations are carried out by professionals. The specified air chamber and verified standard gas should be used in calibration with the regular flow rate.
2. This meter is mainly used for measuring the low level of methane gas (absolute concentration below 20%LEL). The contact with methane gas of concentration above 20% should be avoided. When incidental contact is made with high concentration methane gas, it will affect the normal working on sensor. Leaving the meter in clean air not less than 2 hours and go ahead the next measurement.
3. This instrument, especially the probe, should avoid falling down, moisture, and keep clean. Do not touch other toxic gas. Otherwise it will cause irreparable damage.
4. This instrument should be handled gently. Avoid contact with water or other fluid, and keep it clean.
5. The batteries should be taken out and stored in the dry and clean gas environment for storage.
6. Requiring Warn-up not less than 30 minutes after using the meter again if long time not used.
