This is a do-it-yourself kit to create a small precision scale for weighing jewelry and other small objects that require exact measurements.

HX711 is designed for high precision weighing sensor 24 A / D converter chip. Compared with the same type of other chip that integrates the peripheral circuits including power supply and on-chip clock oscillator which other similar types of chips needed.

Input selector switch can be arbitrarily selected channel A or channel B, and is connected with its internal programmable low-noise amplifier. Channel A programmable gain is 128 or 64, corresponding to the full amount of the differential input signal amplitude is ± 20 mV or ± 40 mV.

Channel B is fixed gain of 32 used for the system parameters detected. Chip provides regulated power supply can be provided directly to the external sensor and chip A / D conversion, the system board doesn't need additional analog power. The chip internal clock oscillator does not require any external devices. Automatic power on reset function simplifies the initialization process to boot.
