This is a bath or shower towel roll holder made with copper pipe, copper fittings, and a black steel base. The curves are hand-bent on a form using soft "L" grade copper and then stiffened by vibration. Other copper pieces are stick "L" grade copper. A wonderful option for copper towel racks is to connect it to your hot water system - to get nice heated towels! If you want this option, let me know as the design is slightly different. You will also need a plumber (or good soldering skills!) to install a heated towel rack.
