Rose cut diamonds are really nice, they are faceted on the top and flat at their bottom which does not to waist most of the stone as does usual the brilliant cut. I love rose cut diamonds but they are hard to come by. Acquiring three of them meant that I will have an opportunity to use my antique tool punches. The ring was punched with an antique punch which has a pattern of a bursting star. The tool is an 18th century original which I treasure and give my rings an usually unique organic finish. The oval shaped diamonds vary in size from 4 by 5mm to up to 4 by 8mm. Rings can be worn individually or all three as stackable rings (see photo).
