If it is full, please remove or delete some contents to save room for new record or charge the device.Please use the USB cable to charger it with your computer or wall charger. Please don`t use the switch buttone, but PLAY/PAUSE button which will press 2-3 scends to turn on or off the device. If you use switch buttone to turn off the decive, you always need to reset up time
