Direct thermal printing uses chemically treated heat-sensitive media that blackens when it passes under the thermal print head. Direct thermal printers have no ink, toner, or ribbon. Our BT Labels® premium direct thermal labels are top coated for high quality printing and for use where a ribbon is NOT required. These are super white bright labels with permanent strong adhesive for all major printers requiring direct thermal label paper. These labels work with Dymo, Zebra, Eltron, Datamax, Intermec, Sato, Tec and most direct thermal printers, please ensure the 1" core is supported by your printer. Our labels are widely used by many commercial users and have thousands of satisfied customers across North America and Europe.


Please Note : Thermal media images may fade over time. If the label is overexposed to heat, light, air or other catalysts, the material will darken and make the text or bar code unreadable. For these reasons, direct thermal printing is not used for lifetime identification applications. Our BT Labels® are always packed in dark black PP bag to ensure their freshness and integrity of rolls remains intact for long time.
