Upon the arrival of your package,we encourage you to check and make sure
that the dress has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified.
Since the product is customized,we cannot authorize return request.

Unwanted items can be returned to us for a refund or to be swapped for alternatives within 21 days
from receipt providing they are unworn and unwashed.

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us
unless they are faulty or not the goods that you requested.

Please ensure that you obtain a postage receipt for your own records
and have adequate insurance cover should your parcel fail to arrive with us;
Eudolah can not be held responsible if your chosen delivery firm fail to deliver your returns to us.
