  • 115 DAYS. Green stripe cushaw produces heavy yields of 20" long pumpkins with a long curved neck that weight 10-12 lbs. The skin is white with green stripes and has thick yellow flesh. Large vigorous vines, good for the South. A great Fall display pumpkin or excellent for squash casserole. Delicious pies & soups! Stores very well.
  • Pumpkin is a very tender vegetable. The seeds do not germinate in cold soil, and the seedlings are injured by frost. Do not plant until all danger of frost has passed, and the soil has thoroughly warmed. Germination temperature 75F-90F.
  • Planting Instructions: In fine and rich well-drained soil, direct sow outside after danger of last frost. Soil germination temperature 75F-90F. Plant seed 1" deep about 6 seeds per hill in hills at 6 ft apart. Germination is 7-14 days depending upon growing conditions.
