Hello and welcome, This is one of the few pieces that I have in my collection by Anamur nomads. One of personal favourites. She is over 60 years old, quite large in size, still carrying the natural dye colors on the wool in wonderful way. The kilim rug is woolen. There are a few repairs on the kilim which can't be seen. She is in very good condition. 9.00 x 4.28 ft (277 x 131 cm). This kilim rug is dominated by a motif which we call 'comb'. Comb motif is used for protection. The comb is used mainly for filling kilim sections between the main motifs and sometimes to complete the borders. This particular kilim rug is seperated from many others by the dominant comb motif which covers the entire kilim. I find her quite impressive not only by her unique look but also with the colors she carries. Nice unique piece.
