We will send you an email to inquiry size info after ordered,If you replied our query mail, then size still has problem, we will exchange the updated size to you for free. If there is quality problem, we will reprocess a new pair to you for free after the confirmation.

When can I RECEIVE my shoes?

As all of our shoes are handmade, so we need 8 working days to make, you will receive your shoes within 3 weeks if no surprise, faster shipping or an urgent needing is still available, please contact us in detail.
