This Kawasaki Piston Kit will fit all 550 1982-1990 Models, 2 Cylinder 75mm STD Bore. Kit comes complete with all parts needed to replace one piston (2 required per motor).

Will not work with 1991 & Up Reed motors.

Please Note: STD bore is a direct fit and does not need boring, a light hone to break the glaze is fine for seating the new rings. However, if there is damage or excessive wear to your cylinder, (Check factory spec clearances below) then your cylinder will need to be bored oversize and you will need to purchase the correct oversize that will remove all scoring in the sleeve. Refer to you service manual for more information.
