This windshield was designed to allow the rider to use a shorter windshield and allows them to see the road ahead of them without having to look through the edge of the windshield. This windshield replaces the stock shield and drasticaly reduces buffeting from wind. The flip up or recurve at the top of the windshield pushes air up and over the rider enabeling you to enjoy the ride. Sizing is important. The top of the shield needs to be level between the tip of the riders nose and mouth. No lower than mouth level. Measure from the top of the light to the top of the shield. This is a vertical measurement.
