Ensure that the base of the plant is placed on a flat surface, otherwise the pot will not float correctly 2. Place the pot carefully into the center of the base 3. When watering the plant please take extra care, as any water on the base could potentially break the product. 4. If the plant is failing to levitate, turn off the device for a short period and try again once it has cooled down.
