Maple burls have a most interesting pattern and natural edge which has been left on the underside of this bowl. The bottom was shaped to form "feet" for the bowl. It is finished with a spar varnish bringing out the rich, golden color of the burl wood. The finish is extremely durable, washable, and food-safe. Dimensions are approximately 8 x 7 x 2 inches.
