Please follow our steps to install the case.

1. Remove clear plastic film protector from Mirror Case. (it may be hard to see the film protector but it is really there)
2. Separate the mirror case from bumper because there should be two parts. (mirror case and bumper)
3. Install the phone into the bumper. (back end first)
4. After the phone is fitted inside the bumper, slide in the back mirror case into the bumper and press down to clip it into place.
If you would like to remove the case, please slide out the back mirror case first. Then slide your phone out of the bumper.
