How do I enter the personalisation?

Add the item to your basket and click "This item is a gift" Proceed to the checkout In the "Free Gift Message Box" enter your personalisation.

Please take care when entering your message as what you enter here will be exactly what appears on the product.

The pocket watch can hold up to 20 characters on line 1. On lines 2 and 3 we can engrave up to 10 characters per line, On the final like 4 we can engrave up to 8 characters. These all include spaces and punctuation

If the character limit is exceeded it may result in the lettering being too small or distorted.

Please note if you would like your item laid out in a specific format please use # to indicate a new line on your item. If you do not do this we will use our best judgement when laying out this item.
