Wiring:
The positive power supply voltage according to the input power to select the input voltage positive
1) When the supply voltage is 13-24V, connect 24V (panel labeled), this time, +E output voltage 12V,sensorsupply is available;

GND: negative power supply
+S: signal input terminal
