The large dish is made of 9 one-inch strips of colored US-made Bullseye® glass sandwiched between a clear layer and an iridescent rainbow layer. The metallic iridescent surface is inward facing so the surface is glossy clear glass. A second kiln firing was accomplished to slump the fused glass into a ball-shaped mold. The dimensions are 9" square by 6mm thick and 1 inch high at the corners. Ideal as a table center piece. Not recommended for use as dinnerware as this is really a decorative art glass piece. I have one only ready to ship.
