How to Use:
1. Tear off the stickers and then take off the transparent plastic cover as illustrated.
2. as shown the lock outward remove the remote control and antenna
3. take out the four road block out from the bottom of the pedestal as illustrated these road blocks areaccessary
4. as shown reverse pedestal to unscrew the screws as shown to release the police wagon.
5.use as cross crewdriver to loosen the screws on the battery cover by the counter- clockwise insert 2 AA battery with the correct polarity cover and tighten the screws. 6.press any button the operation indicator light indicated that the battery is installed correctly.
7.insert and tighten the antenna to the hole on the transmitter as inllustrated.
