All of our windshields are CNC cut, with smooth finished edges, and are bent using a heat bender. Unlike some of the other Windshield manufacturers, who use a method in which they score a line in the material, then force bend it. The heat bend produces a much nicer look, and a stronger bend. They are designed with a contour to fit the hood of the vehicle and also includes a rubber seal on the bottom of the windshield to prevent scratching and damage to the hood. All edges are rounded and smooth for safety and appearance. Attractive rubber cushioned stainless steel mounting brackets and stainless steel hardware is included.
