I make the shape of these hats with twisted silver plated wire. Then I discreetly wrap and bind them onto a silver plated alice band. Green glass beads decorate the wire and are strung across the inside of the hat shape. The little circle of gold beads finish the top of the hats. The durable alice bands I use are flexible and stretch as needed to comfortably fit everyone from children over five years old to adults too.
