These are small hammered sterling silver disc earrings that have been handmade by me, an artisan in Oregon. I have hammered them, shaped them, then polished and tumbled for durability and shine. The disks are about 3/4" in diameter, and the earrings are approximately a petite 1-1/4" (2.8 cm) long.

The discs have been suspended from jump rings so that they swing freely and don't poke into the side of your neck. All the metal in these is sterling silver, including the earwires.

The last picture shows all my sterling silver hammered disc earring sizes, from left to right: extra large, large, medium and small, with a quarter for reference. The medium earrings are very close to the size of a quarter and these are about the size of a dime, in case that helps you picture the size of these.
